Robert C. Jeeves, 77, of Portsmouth, died at his home on January 7, 2013.

He was born in Portsmouth, on September 7, 1935, the son of the late Herbert and Marion (Hanson) Jeeves and was a graduate of Portsmouth High School, Class of 1953.

A photographer by profession, Robert owned and operated Jeeves Studios from the 1950’s to the 1990’s. He was currently employed at the Passport Center at Pease for over five years.

He loved old movies, cars and music and was the driving force behind the organizing of the Class of 1953 reunions.

Robert is survived by his cats, Buster and Buddy, whom he referred to as “his boys”.

Graveside services will be held at the Sagamore Cemetery, Portsmouth, in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the NHSPCA, PO Box 196, Stratham, NH 03885.
