Three days prior to our planned funeral & without notice, the church informed us of required changes. Desperate for assistance, we called J Verne Wood for advice. (We had never spoken to them before and knew no one there.) Tom took our call, provided us guidance and offered his assistance to get us through a difficult time. The J. Verne team went so far as to provide us what we needed at the church on the day of the funeral at no charge. Why? They understand this is how you build a good reputation in the community and attract new customers. They also understand what a family is going during a stressful time & they exhibit a high level of compassion and attention to detail. We highly recommend the J.Verne Wood team.
